Help us to improve our services.
We are in the process of setting up a new Patient Participation Group at Turner Road Surgery.
Our PPG’s main aim is for staff and patients to work collaboratively to help the surgery meet the needs of the community, and for patients to have a better insight on up and coming health initiatives.
PPG FAQs
Common questions and answers about the surgery PPG.
What is a patient participation group?
This is a group of volunteer patients who are involved in making sure the surgery meets patients’ needs.
Why are you asking people for their contact details?
The practice would like to be able to contact people occasionally to ask questions about the surgery to see how well we are doing and to identify areas for improvement. we would also like your opinion on new services we may be offering.
Will any of the questions you ask me be medical or personal?
No, only general questions about the practice.
Will anyone else will be able to access my contact details?
The contact details will be kept safely and securely. Your details will only be used for this purpose and will not be shared with anyone else.
How often will you contact me?
Maybe once every three to four months.
What if I no longer wish to be on the contact list or leave the surgery?
You can leave the group at any time. Just let us know by email or phone if you do not wish to receive further messages.
