Appointment times
Appointments can be booked for registered patients, weekdays between 8am and 6:30pm.
Appointments are around 10 minutes long, enough time for one problem. If you need longer, please discuss this with the receptionist at the time of booking.
As well as providing appointments at Turner Road Surgery, we can also book you into the extended access clinics which run at Creffield Medical Centre. We offer appointments with GPs, paramedics, nurses and healthcare assistants from 6:30pm weekdays and weekends. These are pre-bookable appointments so may suit your needs better if you find it difficult to always make our normal working hours. Please speak to the reception team if you would like to pre-book and know more about these options.
We do ask that you arrive in time for your booked slot. Failure to do so may result in the clinician being unable to see you and you may be asked to re-book your appointment.
