The GP practice manager is responsible for the overall smooth running of the surgery with the help of the surgery staff ensuring that Turner Road Surgery runs effectively, efficiently, and smoothly. Oversees the running and management of surgery systems and workflows put in place. The practice manager is always keen to receive views and comments from patients that will help to improve standards and the functioning of the surgery where possible.
